If you operate your own fleet or utilize 3rd party freight providers, we will work with your team to optimize your fleet, transportation spend and working capital.
We can drive and/or support your requirements for domestic transportation including small parcel, Less than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (TL) freight. Additionally we have the expertise to support your international freight - both inbound and outbound. These international modes include Heavy Weight Airfreight, Less that Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) shipments.

Since for many (service and non-manufacturing) organizations, the bulk of their procurement activities are “indirect”, that can result in our taking full responsibility for your procurement activities.

We can help your business identify appropriate spend categories to source, develop sourcing strategies and identify the savings opportunity associated with each category.
We generally find that our clients have managed their direct materials much more effectively than their indirect spend — and therefore focus primarily on Indirect goods and services.
In addition to our Sourcing expertise, we offer ongoing Category Management Services, allowing our clients to maximize value while sharing the costs of Category Management across OptiSource clients. While we manage specific categories, your people are freed up to concentrate on your organization’s core competencies (such as the direct materials that go into your products). It costs you less to have OptiSource manage a category on your behalf – but you get a Category Manager who has the time to be a Subject Matter Expert – and who works on your behalf.
While we are comfortable working in the general Procurement arena, we feel most at home with Indirect Materials, and have uncommon expertise in the Technical Materials and MRO space.
Our people are as comfortable in the Parts / Maintenance Storeroom as we are in the Boardroom and enjoy spending time in both environments.
